HR Administrative Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Job Description:
• Manages the company's lobby area
• Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
• Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
• Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing
• Making travel, meeting and event arrangements
• Prepares reports and financial data
Requirements:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or Management
• Strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Project coordination experience
• The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
• Sensitivity to confidential matters
• Fluent in Chinese and English
