Asia Miles from Cathay Pacific, British Airways and Iberia are from One World Alliance which allows you redeem miles for their partners like Qatar Airways, American Airlines.

Hotel Programs
However, if you do not want to transfer your points into airline miles, you could choose to convert points into three hotels loyalty programs like Choice Privileges, Hilton HHonors and Starwood Preferred Guest.
You could get a 1:1 convert rate on Choice Privileges, 1:1.5 on Hilton HHonors and 3:1 on Starwood Preferred Guest. All of these three hotel programs have their own advantages: Choice hotels are very popular in Europe and have a great redeem value in hotel stays. Hilton currently holds the world's largest hotel chain title with over 4600 hotels and resorts from 13 distinct brands. Although you can only get a 3:1 rate on Starwood Preferred Guest, their loyalty program has been known as one of the most valuable ones.
