I think the representative did answer the question here, but if you are looking for a number referring to how old the &quot;child can be&quot; I can tell you this much. I am dead serious, a woman in her early 20&#39;s who had received a DUI in Texas after refusing to take a breathalyzer test . She is/was an industrial engineer junior at Texas State University and after answering an ad she found for a Barbie power wheel that takes her a whopping 5 MPH around the campus between classes and other gatherings. I kid you not, there seems to be no age limit , if women in their 20&#39;s have found them useful should they not exceed the weight limit set by the product. If you find yourself weighing in at less than 130 lbs and fancy a ride on one, go for it!

how old can kids be to use this? it says 3 and up but how far up?
