岗位职责:
  • Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger
  • Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances
  • Prepare monthly receivable statements
  • Compile and sort documents, verify and post sales invoices and sales credit note
  • Make copies of all checks received, complete deposit slips and make bank deposits
  • Work with sales representatives to verify the status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts
  • Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining expense payments records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
  • Verify invoices to be completed for payment
  • Review invoices and payment requests for satisfactory payment approval
  • Scan copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for E-files
  • Clarify any questionable invoice items or payment requests
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
  • Verify company credit card payment schedule for proper expense accounting coding and bookkeeping
  • Cooperate with sales representative for requests regarding to financial related issues
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare financial Statements and financial analysis report
  • Presentation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial analysis report to higher management
 
任职要求:
  • 2 year Degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in General Accounting/AR/AP or related position (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with accounting programs and software (FinancialForce)
  • English and Mandarin Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, in a professional manner
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow-through on key responsibilities and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels both internally and within the customer environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel software skills
