The platform customer service, the courier company, and the seller—all three parties are passing the buck. I applied for a refund, got rejected, and that took another month. The trick is to use someone else's account to place the order. If it can be shipped directly to your address, they'll do that; if not, it's shipped to the original account owner's address and then re-routed to yours. Also, the recipient's name basically never matches because changing the name often requires re-entering credit card information for verification. This whole damn process dragged on for two months, and I've run out of patience. I don't even want to deal with you anymore.
