This is a great item. They are sturdy and it has the flashcards for exercises to do with the bands.

Great work out tool.

These bands are awesome. The cards give you  step by step instructions for a complete workout. Since I have arthritis and can't get to my workout classes these loop exercise bands are a wonderful way for me to get a good workout.

Due to my well earned advanced years I like the wide range of resistance bands for me. The printed plus pictures cards are helpful.

This set is great!  When I ordered them I didnt know that it was going to come with instruction cards with various exercises!  Nice!  And it comes with a sturdy drawstring pouch as well to hold all the straps!  Above and beyond!  Two thumbs up!!

Very pleased! The set shipped quickly and arrived in a nice drawstring bag I can attach to my exercise bike. The instruction cards are a great start and I highly recommend. Excellent quality and I use them after each cardio set.

Great value! A lot for a little price.

These are fun and work great. The only thing is that they have a strong smell. It's a rubber band smell which doesn't bother me but really gets to my oldest daughter. We aired them out a bit and it's not as strong. Other then that they are very useful and the options are great.

I like the variety of resistance bands. The carrying bag is very convenient. The bands are  useful for certain exercise, when the bands are below knees. However, when I attempt to do squat exercises with band above knees, the band folds/rolls up. Frustrating.

Good bands for the most part...

Yesterday, I finally pick them up at Walmart Pickup. The two stars are because I have not yet to use them while carefully observing each one. 
  Just now, inspecting each one there were only two minor defaults, as seen in the photo there is a hole in one that is visible from inside and out. Secondly, the heavy band is stretched as if they sent me one that someone took back because it nearly ripped when using. 
  In two weeks to three I will update my usage of all 7 bands.
There is a free gift that is only given after providing positive responses and 4 or 5 stars but that is not necessary if the product is defective upon purchase. 
  Good luck to me and more buyers, there will be an update next month!
