Filorga, the 1st French aesthetic medicine laboratory, provides a full range of anti-aging skin care products. Filorga is today present in more than 70 countries throughout the world with a leader position in France and China.

The US Filorga team based in Miami is looking for a customer service representative intern (6 months minimum) that could lead to a full-time position.

The intern will answer clients’ emails inquiries and handle incoming calls by providing excellent client experience. Other duties may be performed, and specific activities may change from time to time.

Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English, strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, customer orientation, proficiency in Excel, are some of the requirements to be successful in this position.
