: Dear Guest, regarding the method for cleaning limescale in the steamer: Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the electric steamer (just enough to cover the limescale area), then pour in 50-100ml of edible white vinegar (or citric acid solution). Activate the heating mode, allow the solution to boil and maintain it for 15-20 minutes. After turning off the heat, let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the white vinegar to fully dissolve the limescale. Pour out the solution, gently wipe the bottom with a soft cloth or sponge, and the limescale will easily come off. Finally, rinse with clean water 2-3 times to ensure no white vinegar residue remains, and then it can be used normally.
