很多打工人（尤其是新人）不敢拒绝额外工作，结果 burnout。分享一下我如何设定边界又不显得不合作。
1️⃣ 当任务超出负荷时：
❌ “I can’t do this.”
✅ “I’d love to help, but I’m currently focused on [X project deadline]. Can we discuss priorities?” Or 直说“ i’ll only be able to help after xx date”
（潜台词：不是我不做，是你要帮我取舍。）
2️⃣ 当被加 scope时：
❌ “ok, I will add it in .”
✅ documentation 就很重要了，因为很多时候scope creep太小，所有人都觉得无伤大雅加进去吧，但到了最后项目时长和预算都会超就是因为这些小的累积变大。把这个指出来的时候，其实会被别人当成坏人，但是这个角色又很重要，其实领导会很喜欢这种角色的存在“I want to this is a deviation from the original xx document. It provides xx benefits, but also will have these impacts on complexity and budget”
👉 **关键原则**：用“Yes, and…”代替直接拒绝，既专业又保住自己的时间。
