A while ago we had a poll that our readers participated in and we announced the results in the 2016 Dealmoon Beauty Awards:Skin Care Edition. Today, we’re finally going to reveal the long-awaited 2016 Dealmoon Beauty Awards: Makeup Edition!

Results

Lip Products
Results
1st Place: YSL Rouge Volupté Shine Oil-In-Stick Lipstick
This lipstick has medium-coverage and 30 different shades to choose from! These are super hydrating lipsticks that add a lush coat of moisture on the lips while adding a nice tint of color. These lipsticks have noticeable coverage, but note that the pigment is sheerer than an opaque formula.
2nd Place: Dior Addict Lip Glow
The Dior Addict Lip Glow is a sheer balm that enhances your natural lip color while moisturizing the lips. It only comes in 2 colors, Coral and Pink. The lipstick is supposed to react with the chemistry of your lips to create a special shade that lasts all day.
3rd Place: Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro
The Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro is a velvety, matte lip stain. This product comes in 18 different shades. The matte color is no longer drying. It is highly pigmented as well. The Lip Maestro offers hours of hold, hydration and comfort.
Eyeliners
Results
1st Place: Isehan Kiss me Liquid Eyeliner
This eyeliner is long-lasting, both in product amount and wear time. It draws out pigmented and smooth lines. The tip of this liner is very precise.
2nd Place: Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner
This waterproof liquid liner applies easily and is long-lasting. It comes in 13 shades. Rather than the usual brush tip, this liner is a marker-style tip, making it easier to get a smooth line. The best part about this liner is that since it is waterproof, it won’t smudge.
3rd Place: Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner
The Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner makes lining your eyes super easy. This liner glides on smoothly and precisely, then dries down to a long-lasting, water-resistant finish. It comes in 10 different shades. Note that it does not come with a brush, so you would have to buy it separately.
Eyeshadows

3rd Place: Dior 5 Couleurs Couture Eyeshadow Palette
If you’re into pearly, shimmery shadows, these are for you. Each palette consists of a base shadow, two powder shadows, a sparkling highlight shade and a gel liner (small brushes included). These shadows have a hazy pigment, so if you’re going for a vibrant look, it’ll take a bit to build them up.

Results
1st Place: Kiss Me Heroine Make Long and Curl Mascara
Kiss Me’s Mascara was awarded by Cosme’s Best Cosme Awards in 2009. This waterproof mascara contains polymer fibers that lengthen the lashes. It’s lightweight, long-lasting and curl-maintaining.
2nd Place: Lancome Grandiôse Wide-Angle Fan Effect Mascara
Lancome’s mascara has a swan neck wand that provides length, lift and volume to all lashes. The shape of the wand works with the shape of your face for easier application. With just one coat, this mascara will sweep through your lashes and deposit a good amount of product.
3rd Place: Diorshow Lash-Extension Effect Volume Mascara
This Diorshow Mascara comes in 7 different colors. The microfibers enriched in it reproduces the effect of lash extensions. Just one stroke adds plenty of volume to your natural lashes. Its lash-care action helps smooth lashes for great shape, coverage and volume.

Anastasia Beverly Hills makes probably some of the best products out there and the Brow Wiz is one that I am personally obsessed with. There are 10 shades to choose from. This brow pencil is very slim and is great for precise detailing. This product gives such a natural look to the brows compared to other products. One end of this product is the pencil and the other end is a spooley for you to brush through your brows with. The texture is super easy to work with, giving you the option to go light or heavy on the brows depending on the day.
3rd Place: Shu Uemura Hard Formula
This brow pencil is quite different from all other pencils we see nowadays. This is one of Shu Uemura’s most iconic products. The flat angled, lead tip is hard and not very pigmented when swatching it on the back of your hand. However, the color of this pencil grabs onto hairs easily and naturally, giving you the look of natural-looking brows.
Concealer
Results
1st Place: Cle de Peau Beaute Concealer
The Cle de Peau Beaute Concealer comes in a twist-up tube. It looks quite small but is said to last quite a long time. This concealer blends out perfectly and covers imperfections like no other. This concealer doesn’t cake or slide. There are 6 shades to choose from. Most recommend to apply this product straight from the tube and pat to blend.
2nd Place: NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
This is a product I truly believe everyone needs to try. The Radiant Creamy Concealer glides onto the skin extremely smoothly. With this concealer, a little goes a long way. Not only can this concealer cover imperfections, you can also play around with lighter and darker shades to highlight and contour. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is definitely a must-have in your makeup bag!
3rd Place: YSL Touche Éclat Radiant Touch
The Touche Eclat Radiant Touch is one of YSL’s most popular products. It adds an amazing radiance to the skin. A pen-brush tip allows for extremely simple application. Use this product to add a touch of light and banish shadows. The formula is creamy, smooth and designed to glide on sheerly.
Blush
Results
1st Place: Nars Orgasm Blush
If you’ve dabbled a bit in the makeup world, professionally or not, I’m sure you’ve heard of the infamous NARS Orgasm. It suits just about every single skin tone. The color of the base blush and the golden highlight are such beautiful and flattering colors. This blush applies evenly, is nicely pigmented and contains just the right amount of shimmer.
2nd Place: Benefit Dandelion Box o’ Powder Blush
This blush is a beautiful pale-pink that has warm undertones and very, very light golden shimmer. The Dandelion Blush creates a radiant glow on the cheeks immediately after application. This product comes with a soft-bristle brush that allows for easy application.
3rd Place: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Ethereal Glow
The quality of Hourglass blushes are amazing. They are smooth and silky, while remaining quite pigmented. Ethereal Glow is a cool-toned pink shade and is the lightest of the Ambient Lighting Blushes. This blush brings radiance to the face and adds a very delicate flush.
Highlight & Contour
Results
1st Place: Cle de Peau Beaute Luminizing Face Enhancer
These Luminizing Face Enhancers are multi-colored and embossed powders that have finely milled shimmer that provides a glow that is unlike any other. The powder is soft and velvety, blending very smoothly onto the skin with just the right amount of translucency. One of the best things about this enhancer is that it doesn’t accentuate pores like some others do!
2nd Place: NARS Contour Blush
There are currently so many similar products out there, but there’s something about this NARS duo that others cannot compare to. A lot of people are hesitant about the price of this ($42) and may want to find a dupe such as the ELF Contour and Blush duo ($3), but none of those dupes blend as seamlessly and as easily as this duo does. A huge part of that is due to the silica beads and jojoba found in the NARS Contour Blush.
3rd Place: Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder Compact
Laura Mercier’s ultra-smooth baked face powder has changed that game for many people. This beautiful powder gives a radiant, healthy glow that looks much more natural than other similar face powders. This product contains Vitamin E and jojoba oil to moisturize and protect the skin.

1st Place: Givenchy Prisme Libre
This mattifying loose powder combines four shades into one perfect harmony. The powder mattifies and sets makeup to last longer. The pigments help soften the complexion as well. The powder grains are really finely milled, so they don’t settle into pores and draw attention to them. This is a great product for those who aren’t fans of the dewy look and want to stick to a matte finish.
2nd Place: Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
Laura Mercier’s loose powder is very lightweight and has sheer coverage, giving the skin a natural-looking matte finish. It’s the perfect product for all skintones. Whether you decide to use a face brush or puff to apply this, the silky smooth texture will simply disappear on the skin, never leaving a heavy feel over foundation.
3rd Place: La Mer The Powder
La Mer The Powder is an incredibly lightweight loose powder that gives skin the perfect finish. It keeps your skin looking like your skin and creates a natural yet polished finish. A small powder puff is included in the jar as well. The powder is finely milled, so you may lose quite a bit of product if a brush is used instead.
