喜欢吃芒果的宝宝一定要继续往下看下去呀,因为今天我要分享给大家的甜品是雪媚娘😘一道来自日本的传统美食。
有些人会将雪媚娘和糯米糍给混淆,因为它们在样子上的确长得很像。但其实传统的糯米糍没有夹心的哦,雪媚娘里面却包着各种水果和奶油,口感上有很大的区别呢!趁着夏天还没走,赶快做一打雪媚娘解解馋😋
食材
淡奶油100g、牛奶175g、细砂糖40g、色拉油10g、糯米粉100g、玉米淀粉30g、芒果一个、熟糯米粉适量

开始操作之前要炒一些糕粉,也就是熟的糯米粉
步骤
1.首先将牛奶和细砂糖混合均匀,小火加热至细砂糖融化

2.倒入所有粉(玉米淀粉和糯米粉),搅拌均匀,约一两分钟就调成无颗粒状态了。担心有颗粒的可以先将粉过筛一次,不过我没这么做,一是懒,二也觉得好像没必要,倒入牛奶中很快就搅拌均匀啦,几乎不费劲,最后搅拌好是图二状态

3.盖上锡纸,以免在蒸的过程中流进大量水份,大火蒸20-25分钟。ps:别用保鲜膜,保鲜膜受热会产生有害物质,对身体不好

4.蒸好后趁热迅速倒进色拉油并用筷子🥢划几刀,将色拉油和面团拌匀
ps:蒸好全熟的面团是透明的,用筷子拉起来很有韧性。如果看到底部还有白色物体,那是没熟的颗粒,证明还没熟透,要重新加热,蒸直至变透明为止。在味觉上也有区别的,没熟的面团很明显闻到生面粉的味道

5.等冷却一会再取出面团,用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏15分钟

6.这时趁空闲可以先切个芒果,芒果粒大小适中就好

7.15分钟后取出面团,先揉一揉,再用切面器切成每颗30g的小面团,可以切11颗

8. 打发淡奶油,打成没有流动性的状态即可

9.准备好擀面棍和保鲜膜,放一颗小面团在揉面垫上,再铺一张保鲜膜,先用手掌按压一下,再用擀面棍在保鲜膜上擀薄

10.放适量打发奶油在面皮上

11.放入芒果丁,切的太小的可以放两颗,切大的放一颗就好了,然后再放适量淡奶油

12.手中沾一些熟的糯米粉,沿着面皮周围捏紧然后收口搓圆包住即可

刚刚包好忍不住吃了一个😂很好吃,可惜淡奶油还是软软绵绵的,大家记得包好就放到冰箱要不然淡奶油会变得水水的。放一段时间在冰箱再享用才是最好吃的哦!!

口感:
甜甜的奶油+酸酸甜甜的鲜芒果+冰凉软绵的冰皮,无论在搭配上或口感上都好吃得没话可说。
温馨提示:
💕手上一定要沾些糕粉才好捏
💕水果除了芒果还可以选择草莓🍓、香蕉🍌、或榴莲(重口味哦)
💕皮擀薄点成品会漂亮一些
