Returns & Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. The merchant does not accept returns for intimate items such as underwear. For online orders, you can choose to return in-store or via USPS mail (fee $5.99), or select your own shipping method. H&M HOME items purchased online, items damaged during shipping, and incorrectly shipped items cannot be returned in physical stores. (Detailed return process and return policy).
