Responsibility
- Build strategy and implement tactics to produce revenue, meet and exceed annual sales target.
- Discover and explore new business opportunities, develop new partnerships.
- Optimize relationships with current clients and explore further opportunity to make the Company gets the best ROI from all relationships.
- Design and promote marketing campaign to clients, involve in contract negotiation and monitor execution.
- Build and maintain strong client-direct relationships through exceptional customer service, integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate and leverage internal and external resources to support advertisement launch and execution as expected.
- Generate and analyze sales report timely.
Qualifications：
- Fluent in English and Chinese to professional level - REQUIRED
- Above 3 years of relevant advertisement selling experience at online/offline media company in USA.
- Familiar with online marketing of new media including Weibo/WeChat and so on.
- A proven track record of successful sales and negotiating wins is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
