I'll admit, I didn't have high hopes given the price - but this cookie press is terrific. I made Quick Mix Spritz cookies which have a soft batter and they were absolutely perfect. I'm so excited to make more.

Surprisingly Terrific

I forgot i had broken mine last Christmas and this was one of the only ones i could get in shipped in time for cookies and was a little skeptical bc it was only $10 and plastic (one i broke was metal) but you worked just as good and was delivered in less then 24 hrs of ordering!! Saving my cookie dough from going to waste

Awesome

I've had a number of these in the past, so I knew what to expect while this one is almost entirely made of plastic. It is just as sturdy as the metal ones that I have. I got this one because I liked that it had the snowman and turkey options. A tip for all the people having a hard time make sure you use a Cold grease free pan to press the cookies onto anything warm or greasy and they will not stick.

Perfect

I bought this to make sunflower cookies for a party. Once I figured out how to use it by trying a few cookies out, it really was easy. I used the recipe on the box. Cookies are cute and delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the turkey shaped cookies next!

Great product for the money!

You get what you pay for. This was a low priced cookie press that could be delivered the same day. I was able to make great cookies with it, but not without some struggling. The problem is that the press uses a click system meaning you can't just press freely you have to sort of press until it clicks, and then you monkey with it and have to press again. According to the instructions "one click is one cookie"....
Sometimes it is. Other times one click is about a quarter inch of dough... so you have to retighten it and press again. I got used to it. these cookie presses are always kind of a pain but this one did work well enough and the cookies were really pretty.

good - but not great

purchased this as a replacement for my cookie gun that broke. it doesn't seem to have the same force as my previous gun. Can't always get it to "click" when pressinge dough out? spritz cookies are difficult to get out and stick to the baking sheets too. this gun doesn't make it any easier.

works ok

My old one broke so grab this as a replacement but after about 10 presses it wouldn't click onto the next press on its own. I had to use both hands to firmly force it to click onto the next press.  It was WAY too much work to have to put so much effort into what was supposed to be a quick simple press.  Returning the item.

Simply UNsuccessful

It's very hard to use. You have to push down the top while squeezing to get any cookies out and once you get it started you have to keep it moving. I did one batch of cookies and the cutter I used was brown by the end of it. It just really doesn't hold up to the pressure of the cookies

You get what you paid for!

Had it less than a month...top ring cracked in 2 places and threads broke loose from the ens cap.

Bad cookie press

Opened the box and the thing was filthy. Still covered in someone else's butter, green dough, and missing 2 of the 12 discs. Why did I pay full price for a used product?
