yes it will i am a heavy mascara and eyeline user and this removes it easily the best part is that its not soap based so it wont sting your eyes but dont go rubbing it into your eyes too much either! what i do is i apply a dime sized amount onto a cotton pad and remove my makeup on a dry face then i rinse the excess of, but you can also apply on a wet face and do the same also it lightly tightens your skin and renews under eye circles and puffiness over time and clears up your skin and also great for blackheads!

It did not remove my makeup.I had to scrub it off. Very unpleasant! Funny, my dermatologist recommended this back in the late 70's I use Retin-A. I think it was meant more as a gentle cleanser? It still does not work for me-slightly oily for life I guess! Thanks!

This product removed minimal makeup from my face a good deal of foundation was left behind. I ended up not liking this soap at all and it actually irritated my skin. What i found that i like more is say yes to cucumber wipes which are great even for removing the most pesky makeup and they smell soooo nice. And for cleaning my face i use CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser also sold by walmart with some old fashioned ponds facial lotion which i love and lasts like forever. Hope that helps :)

that all i would use it for is hand cleanser- ised it on my face it made me breakout-and my skin felt dry-it is not real moisturer-i would use a moisturizer after u use it-but as far as my face went i would never use this again-hope that helps

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser is to be applied to wet skin and must be rinsed with water after application to the skin. As a caretaker for my wife, this difference in the two products has caused me a problem in the past where I didn&#39;t read the directions carefully. Be forewarned if you need a waterless solution.

I recently bought the mini version to test it out and WOW. My skin has improved by millions and the texture is soft and creamy. It usually get the minis because of the price, but I'm willing to invest in the bigger size. The packaging is sleek and the ingredients are great!

MAJOR GAME CHANGER.

I love this skin cleanser! I don't think I'll ever be using anything different for my face. I've used a lot of skin cleansers, ranging from over-the-counter products like Clean and Clear or Neutrogena to Pro Active. I've gone to the dermatologist in the past who prescribed different topical medications but they just enraged my skin, leaving my skin inflamed, painful, and extremely dry. As an adolescent, the most common areas that I would get acne would be on my cheeks by my hair line. I tried changing my diet, keeping my hair off of my face, not touching my face, using medications, using Pro Active, using toner, not using face moisturizer, oil pulling method, tea tree oil, witch hazel, electric facial cleansing brush... nothing helped. As an adult, I've continued to have acne and I guess the hormone fluctuations between pregnancy, delivery, and breastfeeding seemed to make it worse. I have dry skin and I was washing my face twice daily with harsh over-the-counter facial cleansers. About a year ago, I decided to see a dermatologist again (my first time as an adult). She basically told me it was hormonal and that there was nothing that could be done unless I wanted to try taking medication. At the time, I was breastfeeding and trying to become pregnant again so taking medication wasn't an option (or even desired). She did recommend using a gentle skin cleanser twice a day and a facial moisturizer if needed that won't clog pores. Shortly after seeing the dermatologist (about a year ago) I began using only Cetaphil skin cleanser on my face twice daily. At first I was skeptical because I was so used to the thick harsh cleansers (that are also intended for oily skin, by the way). This cleanser felt so gentle, like thick water, that I felt like maybe it wasn't going to clean my face. After using, my skin was actually kind of soft and felt like it still had some moisture too. I will occasionally use a face moisturizer but I've had better luck not using any moisturizer at all. Since beginning to use the skin cleanser, my complexion has gotten so much better despite a second pregnancy, delivery, and breastfeeding. I rarely have acne now and am so thankful. In addition, my husband has painful eczema on his hands and he has started to use this on his hands at home and he has noticed an improvement as well. I don't know how many bottles I've used. This facial cleanser is very gentle and does not irritate the skin. It is very suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin like mine. I wash it 3-4 times a day without any dryness or irritation. Recently, when I changed to another brand of SRM, my skin broke out in red, inflamed pimples quite a bit. Now back to Cetaphil

I have dry skin and am constantly looking for products that are gentle without stripping my skin of it's natural oils. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry after use. It's lightweight and has a smooth lotion-like consistency. If you are used to sudsy cleansers, this one does not foam, can be used with or without water, and rinses off easily. I like that it is fragrance-free. Overall, it is a mild and effective cleanser that helps me maintain the moisture in my skin

I love using this product. It does not irritate my skin. It also can be used as a body cleanser  because it has enough ingredients to clean out dust and dirt on your skin and keep it soft and healthy.  When i experience redness, irritation, i always use this product to clean my face as there is no active ingredients that harms for my skin. Great Facial Cleanser.

I started using this cleanser after some mild breakouts in hopes of preventing/helping my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't make my situation worse - I found with this cleanser I was definitely improving breakout-wise, but not in a crazy amount. It doesn't foam which is a downside for me IMO, however, it is definitely suited for sensitive skin and helps to clean your face. Good smell too!
