Then I contacted another customer service representative, and she said she needed to escalate the issue for discussion and asked me to wait 3-5 days. 我也是发了一个，我去找客服要，客服说等这周半价活动结束以后可以再找他要99代金券，我又找了一个客服要，她说要升级问题讨论一下让我等3-5天。
