Editor's Pick: Healthcare shifts mean standing for over ten hours straight—tight waistbands get uncomfortable, and it's awkward to squat down and stand back up. These straight-leg pants have a drawstring waist you can adjust yourself, so they won't slip down when you squat or stand. The fabric has a bit of stretch, so you can move freely without your legs feeling stuffy, and the pockets are deep enough that pens and small notebooks won't fall out. Unisex style, and they work just fine as lounge pants too.
