Editor's Pick: For hard-skinned vegetables like potatoes and carrots, the straight blade glides right through without getting stuck on the peel. It also handles soft-skinned produce like tomatoes and peaches, taking off just a thin layer without wasting much flesh. The handle has a nice weight to it, so your hand won't get sore even after peeling a whole bowl. Just toss it in the dishwasher when you're done—so easy.
