Brand Introduction: Hakuna Matte is a popular German play mat brand known for its great looks, focusing on Nordic home aesthetics and turning baby play mats into home pieces that fit right into the living room. Minimalist, Morandi, Nordic-inspired design means you can put it right in your living room, without the typical "kids' room" feel of traditional baby mats, and adults can use it for yoga or workouts too.
Editor's Pick: Lay out a mat big enough for the living room, and you won't worry when your baby crawls around or takes a tumble while learning to walk. The top layer has a velvet-soft touch, with high-density memory foam in the middle, so it feels soft underfoot without sinking, and it muffles the sound of footsteps too. The bottom layer is non-slip, so it won't shift easily when kids run and jump. Once past the baby stage, there's no need to put it away, it works great as a yoga mat or for reading by the window. It's OEKO-TEX 100 certified, has little smell right out of the box, and is safe for babies to lie on and chew.
