Editor's Pick: When you're feeling a little hungry around 3 or 4 in the afternoon but don't want to open a bag of chips, grab one of these cookies with a cup of coffee — it hits the spot. The texture is dense and chewy, the birthday cake flavor isn't cloyingly sweet, and one cookie is surprisingly filling. Each cookie contains 16g of plant protein and 10g of dietary fiber, made with a fully vegan formula with no dairy, soy, or eggs. A box of 12 is super convenient to keep in your office drawer for a snack.
