Editor's Pick: If you have cats or dogs at home, pet hair in carpets and sofa crevices can really be tough to deal with. This model has strong enough suction, and the included upholstery tool is made for tackling pet hair on furniture and stairs. Detach the dust cup and carry it with you, so you don't have to move the whole machine when cleaning stairs and high places. The HEPA filter locks dust inside the cup, so emptying it won't send dust flying everywhere. Switching between floors and carpets takes just one press, and the brush roll stops spinning, so you don't have to worry about scratching hardwood floors.
