Editor's Pick: When you grow your own starter and make sourdough, the proofing step is key. The woven basket is breathable, helping the dough hold its shape, and the included linen liner keeps it from sticking. The set also comes with a 24 oz proofing jar with a temperature strip and feeding log, so beginners can just follow the steps. The oval and round baskets can be used interchangeably, giving you enough options for scoring and transferring dough.
