Editor's Pick: Kids finish building one and immediately want to build the next. The 190 pieces can transform into 12 different designs, from simple cars to more complex robots, with difficulty gradually increasing—right in step with your child's growing hands-on ability. Once assembled, it really runs in the sun, and on cloudy days you can shine a flashlight on it too, so while playing, they also understand how solar power works. The instructions are clearly illustrated step by step, so kids can build it on their own from start to finish, and parents lending a hand makes for a nice, peaceful parent-child time.
