Editor's Pick: After cutting raw meat, just rinse it with water and it's clean—it won't soak up juices and retain odors like a wooden cutting board. The 304 stainless steel is usable on both sides: one side for meat, the other for fruit, so you don't have to wash it back and forth. The silicone mat underneath keeps the board from sliding while you chop, and it can also double as a trivet for hot pots. It's fairly thin overall, so it fits neatly in a corner or slides into a cabinet gap without taking up space.
