Editor's Pick: When you get home from work and don't want to turn on the stove, just tear open a cup, toss it in the microwave for two minutes, and it's ready to eat. The grains are medium-grain round rice, steamed to be soft and chewy but not mushy — perfect with kimchi, a fried egg, or leftovers. You can also use it for sushi rolls, skipping the step of cooking and cooling rice yourself. Non-GMO certified. Stock a box in your cabinet, and whenever you're busy, just heat up a cup for a quick meal.
