Editor's Pick: Bananas and avocados go soft just two days after you bring them home. Just toss one of these little packets into your fridge crisper drawer or fruit bowl. Inside is an activated charcoal and absorption formula that absorbs the ethylene gas produce releases on its own, helping leafy greens and strawberries last a few extra days. One packet lasts three months, and eight packets are just enough for two units for a full year. When it's time to replace, pull out the old one and drop in a new one — no hassle.
