Editor's Pick: Those few minutes waiting for the bus in winter are the hardest to get through. This parka is long enough at the hem to cover your thighs and knees. It's filled with down, so it's lightweight but blocks the wind—just a thin sweater underneath is enough. The hood has a fur trim, and when the wind picks up, you can pull it up to cover most of your face. The cuffs are fitted, so no wind gets in when you're biking or carrying things.
