Editor's Pick: If you want to make fresh pasta at home on the weekend, this attachment simply clicks onto your stand mixer's hub and is ready to use. The pasta roller features stainless steel rollers that press dough smooth and even, with 8 thickness settings from thick to thin. The cutters give you one for wide noodles and one for fine noodles, so you can roll out the dough and cut it into noodles in one go. When you're done, just sweep it with the brush—no water washing needed.
