Editor's Pick: If you're looking for a little holiday ritual for a LEGO fan, this advent calendar fits the bill. Open it up to find 12 mini puzzle builds with slightly larger pieces, so kids ages 7 and up can put them together on their own without much trouble. The whole family can gather around the table and build one a day, which adds a bit more hands-on fun than simply opening chocolates. The packaging uses no plastic bags, and the paper bags and cardboard are both recyclable, so you can enjoy the festive fun without adding burden to the environment. Note that it contains puzzles, not LEGO minifigures.
