Razer officially launched its new flagship wireless headset, the Barracuda V2 Pro, on October 15. Priced at $199.99 in the US, it is now available on Razer's official website and Amazon.

❗Three major upgrades

1. The microphone is the key upgrade this generation: attach the HyperClear boom mic for gaming, detach it when you go out, and the built-in beamforming mic seamlessly takes over. Both modes feature AI noise reduction. The pain point of "looking awkward wearing a gaming headset with a big mic outside" is directly solved this generation.

2. 2.4GHz and Bluetooth can connect simultaneously: take a call or skip tracks mid-game without interruption. The 2.4GHz receiver also magnetically stores inside the ear cup cover — a dream for those who lose things easily.

3. No RGB in exchange for battery life: 70 hours is the maximum with ANC off. Aesthetics-focused users may be disappointed, but charging every few days is truly hassle-free.
