Editor's Pick: When painting walls or refinishing furniture, tape along the baseboards and window frames, let the paint dry completely, then slowly peel it back—the tape comes off in one strip with little adhesive residue. It holds firmly and resists lifting on surfaces like wood and carpet. Remember to wait until the paint is fully dry before removing, and pull back at a 45-degree angle for easier removal.
