Editor's Pick: Too tired to cook after working late? Just peel back the lid, add cold water, and microwave for a few minutes. The broth has a tangy, spicy kimchi flavor with bits of dehydrated kimchi mixed in, so it never tastes bland. The noodles are on the thin side and won't get too soggy even if you let them sit. Keep a couple cups in your office drawer for whenever hunger strikes in the afternoon.
