回复 @匿名用户 : I recommend using it intensively for seven days or two weeks, depending on your skin condition. Get your skin to its best state, then you can take a two-week break before starting the two-week cycle again. 建议密集使用七天或是两周，看你肤况，把皮肤养到一个极致，然后可以休息两周，再用开始两周轮回～
