Editor's Pick: A water bowl left in the yard in winter freezes solid overnight, leaving cats and dogs unable to drink. This bowl plugs in and regulates its own temperature, stopping once it's warm enough so you don't have to keep an eye on the switch. At just 12W it uses little power, and the 5½ ft (1.7 m) power cord is wrapped in a wear-resistant layer, so it's reliable outdoors. The bowl is made of BPA-free plastic and holds 32 oz (about 946 ml) when full, enough for several pets for a day. If it's windy, just place it in a sheltered corner.
