Contacted AI客服 with order# but they couldn't find it (said they'd escalate). Meanwhile my bank shows the charge. So weird! 我不想用shop pay 后来我又用一个邮箱注册了，是登入了，下单了，但是买完之后退出去再登入就不行了，显示密码或着邮箱错误！ 我后来邮件联系客服（显示AI），因为我留了order号码，他说没找到我的order，他们会帮我转人工，我的银行账户里又看到这笔钱在扣，很是奇怪就是了

Today reset both emails' passwords - no order history! 客服 just said they'll notify after shipping 我猜想是不是我当时填错了邮箱呢？但是更奇怪的是我要结账的时候根本没有填任何地址和付款的资料， 按结账后它直接付款了！ 然后我今天再去试试我两个邮箱，更改了密码后都没看到我昨天下单的历史记录！ 好无语. 客服就说等他们寄出来后给我消息
