Editor's Pick: The machine barely wobbles while kneading dough. It has a wide base and a die-cast aluminum body, so it stays steady even at high speeds. There's a 4.5-inch touchscreen on top, so you don't have to bend down to see it, and a side knob lets you adjust among 11 speeds. The 6QT stainless steel bowl can handle 1500g (about 3.3 lbs) of dough at once, enough for two loaves of bread or a batch of cookies. It comes with a spiral dough hook, a silicone-edge mixing paddle, and a whisk, so you can switch between whipping cream and kneading dough as needed. There are ventilation holes at the back, so it won't overheat and shut down even after continuous kneading.
