Editor's Pick: Find two trees, wrap the straps around them, clip on the carabiners, and you can lie down — no knots and no tools needed. The nylon fabric has a quick-dry quality, so if it picks up morning dew, just let it air out for a bit and it dries. At 10 feet (3 m) long and 6.5 feet (2 m) wide, it's roomy for one person and works for two if you squeeze in. It packs down smaller than an eggplant and slips into a side pocket of your backpack without taking up space, so when you hike to camp, set it up and you've got a bed.
