Many users say this seeder is highly efficient for large seeds, saves time and effort, and gets the whole garden planted in an afternoon, but the row marker is fragile and tends to break after a short time, so keep durability in mind before buying.

Editor's Pick: Planting seeds by hand is all about shaky hands, with seedlings coming up too dense in one row and too sparse in the next, and thinning them means bending over and squatting for ages. This seeder does it in one pass, setting the seed spacing and depth for you, and it comes with 7 plates so you can just swap plates for different seed sizes like corn, peas, and hemp. The small wheel on the side marks the row spacing in the soil, so the next row goes straight when you follow it. Aluminum body with a rust-proof hopper, so when spring is over, just rinse it clean, put it in the garage, and use it again next year.
