Editor's Pick: Take a quick look at the dial before you grill and you'll know whether you have enough gas, so you no longer have to lift and shake the tank to estimate by weight. The brass fitting simply screws on, and hand-tightening is enough; if you want extra peace of mind, test the connection with soapy water. The dial automatically compensates for temperature, so readings stay reliable even when left outdoors in winter. Put the dust cap on when you're not grilling.
