Editor's Pick: When stir-frying or serving soup, the silicone head won't scratch the coating of your non-stick pan, so the bottom of the pan stays smooth even after long-term use. It's one-piece molded with no gaps, so it won't harbor dirt and grime when washing, and it's easy to toss in the dishwasher. The stainless steel core gives the blade support, so you don't need to use much force when flipping food or scraping the bottom of a bowl. The small size works for jam jars, and the large size handles stir-frying and serving onto plates.
