Editor's Pick: When you want something to freshen your breath after a meal but don't want the sugar, this gum replaces white sugar and the aspartame commonly found in artificial sweeteners with xylitol, so the sweetness tastes natural. The spearmint flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and each piece lasts a good while. The ingredient list is clean too—gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan—so you can pop one anytime a craving hits without any guilt.
