Editor's Pick: If you have limited space at home but want to train your whole body, this set is a hassle-free choice. The weight plates can be removed and recombined, with each dumbbell adjustable from 6 lbs to 22.5 lbs (2.7 kg to 10.2 kg). Attach the connecting rod and it becomes a barbell, and it also covers kettlebell and push-up stand functions, so you don't need to buy a bunch of separate equipment. The plates are made of high-density iron sand in one piece, so they won't wobble or leak dust over time. The handle is wrapped in 15mm (0.6 inch) thick foam, so it doesn't dig into your neck during squats or overhead presses, giving you a solid, comfortable grip.
