Editor's Pick: For recording vocals or acoustic guitar, this mic captures details beautifully. With nine selectable polar patterns, you can switch between cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8 to create different spatial feels even in a single room. The low-frequency roll-off has three settings, so you don't have to worry too much about rumble during close-miking. It comes with an aluminum carrying case, making it easy to pack up when you're done.
