Editor's Pick: Breaking down a whole chicken, trimming fish fins, cracking lobster claws—regular scissors slip the moment you apply force. The heavy-duty poultry shears in this set feature double-riveted reinforcement, so the blades won't easily bend even when cutting hard bones. The narrow-tip shears are perfect for butterflying shrimp and snipping scallions, and the handles even include a bottle opener. The curved aluminum grips won't dig into your hands, so they stay comfortable even after long use. When you're done, just toss them in the dishwasher.
