Editor's Pick: Kids have a blast splashing through puddles on rainy days, and the boots light up with every step, making them easy to spot on the street. The shaft reaches mid-calf, so splashes don't easily get inside. The deep tread pattern keeps them steady on wet, slippery ground, and there are no laces to tie—kids can put them on and take them off all by themselves.
