: I bought this set for the last time two years ago. Because I didn't open it the same day it arrived, when I opened it a few days later, I found only cosmetics inside — all the skincare products had vanished. I contacted customer service, and they demanded proof. How was I supposed to prove I didn't take them out myself before taking the photo... In the end, I just had to accept the bad luck, and I've never bought this set again since.

: Can the eyeshadow palette be removed from the gift set? I haven't even finished the one from years ago. It'd be better to swap it for a highlighter or blush. Also, the lipstick shades are so outdated—why not come out with some everyday nude tones? The mascara is pretty useless too. These makeup items seem like a good deal, but if you can't use them up in years, it actually makes me not want to buy the big gift set anymore.
