Editor's Pick: When you don't feel like cooking after a workout, just scoop one serving into water or milk, shake it up, and you've got a drink. The vanilla ice cream flavor isn't overly sweet, so it goes down easy as a snack too. With 24g of protein per scoop, paired with regular strength training, it supports post-workout recovery and muscle growth. The powder dissolves fast—just a few shakes and it's smooth, with no clumps stuck at the bottom of the cup. The 5 lb bulk size lets you keep it at home and enjoy it at your own pace, so you're not constantly worrying about restocking.
