: This is a recipe I saw in the Amazon comments section when I bought my Philips noodle machine back then; it's more reliable than the ratio that comes with the machine. However, when I use King Arthur flour (both bread flour and all-purpose flour work), I usually add an extra 5 grams of water, and the noodles pressed out by the machine have just the right consistency. : I use a stand mixer with a noodle attachment to make noodles, with a 1:1 ratio of all-purpose flour to high-gluten flour. If you don't have high-gluten flour, using all all-purpose flour is also fine. I usually make egg noodles, kneading with whole eggs; the flour to egg ratio is 2:1. For salt, if I remember, I casually add 1% of the flour weight; it's fine if I forget. The noodles turn out refreshing and chewy. 回复 @球球和蓓蓓 : Speaking of quality, they're all quite durable. The small rice cooker I bought while in school wasn't great, but it still works as a steamer now . Except for the inner coating coming off, it just won't break. However, the rice cooked with electromagnetic heat later tasted much better. 要说质量的话，都很耐用，我上学买的小电饭锅虽然锅不咋样但是现在还能当蒸锅用除了内胆涂层掉了锅就是不坏，但是米饭口感确实没有后来换的电磁加热的好吃

回复 @可可力咖啡 : Mine isn’t a combo, just a standalone air fryer. The food turns out quite crispy—I usually set it to 180°C for about 5 minutes. Higher temps or longer times burn it and make it tough. 我家不是一体的就是单纯的空气炸锅，烤出来的实物还是挺酥脆的，我一般就是180° 5分钟的样子，再温度高了时间长了会糊也咬不动
