After I provided the third-party production date (as shown above, which is over 3 years old), the customer service representative fell silent but still insisted that they do not recognize third-party production date proof. However, they also couldn't provide their own production date and claimed that as long as the product is unopened, it won't expire. I've emailed them, and several customer service reps gave the same response... It's really frustrating. They also said that in such cases, they wouldn't offer a free refund or exchange... In the end, I had to pay extra to return it. *Recommendation: If it's not a best-selling product, be cautious when purchasing! 我开始先问没开封是不是保质3年 ，她说是。放上第三方的生产日期（如上，过了3年）之后客服沉默之后还是说他们不承认第三方的生产日期证明，但他们也无法提供他们的生产日期，还说只有没开封就不会过期的说法， 我email过，几个客服回复一样说辞….反正很无语。还说这种情况也不会免费退款或换货….最终只好贴钱退货。*建议不是爆款产品，谨慎购买！
