回复 @走路去旅行 : Yes, and there's also the technique issue! You still need to heat the pan first and then add cold oil. When you put the meat in, don't rush to stir it—wait for about ten seconds. Also, you need to use more oil—definitely more than you'd use with a non-stick pan. Anyway, just keep practicing and adjusting. Once the oil seasoning builds up, it'll become much easier to use! 对，还有就是手法问题！还是得热锅冷油，肉下去先别急着翻动，等个十秒。还有就是得多放油，肯定是比用不粘锅要用的油多一点的！反正多磨合一下吧，等油膜养成了就好用多了！
